JANICE DAVIS MILLER is a graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a founding partner of the firm. Her areas of practice have included Real Estate, both Commercial and Residential; Elder Law, Family Law, Municipal Law. Ms. Miller has been recognized for her expertise in Domestic Violence Law by being a host and a guest on talk shows and also by serving as an expert in Legal Malpractice Cases. She has gained notoriety for her role in litigation by being a subject of a made-for-television movie entitled "In A Child's Name". Ms. Miller has been honored for her work by being the recipient of numerous awards, including but not limited to; The New Jersey Assembly, the Institute of Continuing Education and a member of numerous legal organizations dedicated to legislative mandates in which she is active.
