David R. Cardamone
Qualified Family Law Mediator

Red Bank, NJ

David R. Cardamone is a graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is an associate with the firm of Miller & Gaudio, P.C. Dave focuses his practice in the field of Family Law, while also serving his clients with their residential real estate needs. Dave has extensive experience attaining just results for his clients in all aspects of family law matters, including, but not limited to, disputes over alimony, child custody, child support and equitable division of marital property. Prior to attending law school, Dave graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with majors in Finance and Marketing. Dave’s background in finance, coupled with his legal experience, permits him to artfully represent clients with large marital estates and with complicated financial situations, including cases in which accurately determining a spouse’s income, typically as a result of being a business owner, is an important issue. In addition to his ability to carefully scrutinize and analyze the financial nuances of a case, Dave’s tenacious representation of his clients, and his experience in trying a case to its conclusion, ensures that in attempting to negotiation a fair and equitable settlement, Dave is doing so from a position of strength, emboldened by the conviction that, if necessary, he can obtain a just resolution at trial.

Dave prides himself on ensuring that his clients feel like he is their partner in their case, and he knows how to balance the client’s needs in litigation with the client’s emotional and personal needs in their everyday life.
