Janice Davis Miller Esq.

Janice Davis Miller is a graduate of Douglass College and Temple University School of Law and is a founding partner of the firm. Her areas of practice are Family Law with a concentration on Collaborative Divorce, Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts) and Estate Administration. Ms. Miller has been recognized for her expertise in Family Law and Domestic Violence Law by a Joint Resolution from the N.J. Assembly and N.J. Senate, along with receiving the N.J. Women of Achievement Award, an award for her contribution to the development of Family Law from the Monmouth Bar Association, and a Citation from the U.S. House of Representatives. She has lectured on the subject of Family Law and Domestic Violence Law for the N.J. Institute of Continuing Education, Douglass College, Rutgers University, Rowan University and has been a guest on various television and radio shows devoted to Family Law and Domestic Violence. One of Ms. Miller’s cases was the subject of a book and miniseries entitled In A Child’s Name.

Frank S. Gaudio Esq.

Frank S. Gaudio is a Graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a founding member of the firm of Miller and Gaudio,P.C. Mr. Gaudio has restricted his practice to Medical Malpractice, Sexual Harassment, Products Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Serious Personal Injury and Complex Contract Litigation. While most Medical Malpractice cases end up in a jury trial, most of Mr. Gaudio’s cases have been settled as a result of comprehensive discovery as well as effective use of medical experts. In his work, he has also obtained significant compensation from major manufacturers as well as employers and municipalities under the areas described. Mr. Gaudio’s experience in Sexual Harassment Litigation, along with his work in Workers’ Compensation, has given him the ability to utilize both Federal and State Courts in conjunction with the Workers’ Compensation actions. The Supreme Court of New Jersey has recognized Mr. Gaudio as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is fluent in Italian and as a result, he has also had the ability to deal with issues concerning property and contract rights with regard to individuals having interests in Italy.
