FRANK S. GAUDIO is a Graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a founding member of the firm of Miller and Gaudio,P.C. Mr. Gaudio has restricted his practice to Medical Malpractice, Sexual Harassment, Products Liability, Workers' Compensation, Serious Personal Injury and Complex Contract Litigation. While most Medical Malpractice cases end up in a jury trial, most of Mr. Gaudio's cases have been settled as a result of comprehensive discovery as well as effective use of medical experts. In his work, he has also obtained significant compensation from major manufacturers as well as employers and municipalities under the areas described.
